Second and Third Year Requirements

After completing the first-year requirements, students can select from more than 150 hours of challenging, interesting and enriching courses offered to complete the minimum of 91 hours to graduate - 51 of which are elective courses.

    NOTE - Second year students are strongly encouraged to select from the following courses in their second year.

  • Commercial Transactions

  • Constitutional Law II
  • Real Estate Transactions

    Students interested in pursuing a certificate in Employment Law, Health Law, or International and Comparative Law are encouraged to select from the basic Labor Law, Health Law, and International Law courses in their second year as well.
