Students interested in pursuing Concentrations in Business Transactional Law or Taxation are encouraged to consider enrolling in one of the following advanced tax course skills: Partnership Taxation, State and Local Taxation, Income Taxation of Trusts and Estates (pending completion of pre-requisites). |

Students interested in pursuing a Concentration in Civil Litigation Skills are also encouraged to enroll in Trial Advocacy I, Civil Practice, Moot Court I or Moot Court II (if space is available). |
